Listen & Plan
Our team works with a community stakeholders in each city to help identify the most relevant cause to rally around. Then we work with nonprofits in that cause area to create impactful experiences, like volunteers or supply drives for the Games.

Connect & Rally
The season launches with a pep rally to galvanize the community and connect our stakeholders.

Facilitate Action
Philanthropy and friendly competition is the heart of Catalyst Games. Teams work together to earn points by participating in volunteer days, impactful projects for our nonprofits and supply drives. We call this the bonus point period!

Play & Celebrate
The season culminates in a day of games where teams compete to raise funds for nonprofits and celebrate the collective impact they have achieved along the way.

Update & Learn
We facilitate ongoing connections, share updates and impact from the season and additative programming.
